A TIE issued under the Withdrawal Agreement. If you hold only the old green certificate, book a fingerprint appointment to exchange it.
Huellas TIE Girona: where do I go?
In the city, policia.es lists TIE issue at C/ Santa Eugènia 145 (972 069 348); it also lists it in Figueres, Lloret de Mar and Sant Feliu de Guíxols, and at the smaller units of La Jonquera, Puigcerdà, Portbou and Camprodon. Book fingerprints for the province of Girona; the confirmation names the office.
Extranjería Girona: who decides on my residence permit?
The Oficina de Extranjería on Gran Via de Jaume I 17 (972 069 140), a State office under the Delegación del Gobierno. In Catalonia, first work authorisations go through the Generalitat de Catalunya. Once a permit is granted, the police issue the card.

I study at the university on a visa. Where is the extension done?
It is an application to the immigration authorities, and policia.es also lists students at C/ Cristobal Grober 12. Check the trámite on the booking pages, or ask us, before you file.
My card is being renewed and I have to travel. What do I ask for?
